Be able to collect, analyse, and provide inputs for what product will be in demandChannel Partner RelationshipsInitiate and nurture relationships with channel partners to build the GIAPL brand and reach out to potential clientsLeasing InventoryLease out inventory to corporate clients at proposed rate and within set timelines. This would include all activities until the client occupies the workspaceMarketing supportTo assist in marketing, leasing, and sales activities for the building. He must be a self-motivated team member.Key Interactions:Internal:With Design & Projects TeamExternal:With Channel Partners and ClientsEducational Qualification:Masters in Business AdministrationExperience:The incumbent should have 7-9 years of experience in real estate leasing / sales.Skills and Capabilities:Sharp Communication. Deep understanding of Real estate commercial products. Have familiarity with leasing documents and the ability to draft lease negotiation documents such as letters of Intent and other correspondence in an efficient, professional and timely manner.
