<p><strong>Designation- Deputy General Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Experience- 15-20 Years</strong></p><p><strong>Budget- 12 to 14 LPA</strong></p><p><strong>Location- Mohali, Punjab, India</strong></p><p><strong>No`s of Position -1 </strong></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Please share profiles from API Pharma backgroundonly</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1.<strong> Sourcing and Procurement:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the sourcing process for raw materials and packaging materials, including identifying reliable suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring on-time delivery.</li></ul><p>2. <strong>Cost Analysis and Pricing:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform thorough cost analysis, considering raw materials, packaging materials, conversion costs, margins, and overheads to establish competitive transfer prices.</li><li>Benchmark raw material and packaging material prices for cost optimization.</li></ul><p>3. <strong>Supplier Agreements and Quality Assurance:</strong></p><ul><li>Negotiate and establish commercial agreements with suppliers, emphasizing product quality and adherence to delivery timelines.</li><li>Ensure that all sourced products meet regulatory and quality standards.</li></ul><p>4.<strong> Vendor Relationship Management:</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with third-party manufacturing sites for timely product dispatch, preventing sales loss or stock out scenarios.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with third-party vendors to address product delivery performance, on-time in-full (OTIF) considerations, and resolution of issues regarding product quality or delivery.</li></ul><p>5.<strong> Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development, Planning, Packaging, Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA), and Finance, to ensure the efficient and effective execution of third-party operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma) is a mandatory requirement. An MBA in a relevant field is considered an added advantage.</li><li>A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical RM and PM sourcing is a must.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Technical Knowledge</strong></p><ul><li>Good Leadership skill, </li><li>Good Knowledge of handling Quality section. </li><li>Good exposure of handling audit independently</li><li>API/bulk drugs manufacturingunits only</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Interested candidates can share CV on (e-mail removed)</strong></p>
