<h4>Job Description</h4> <strong> <b>Responsibilities & Key Deliverables</b> </strong> <p>1. Lead standard room activities like calibration of equipments & gauges, CMM operations,MSA Study etc.<br> 2. Ensuring sample & pilot lots inspection within timelines.<br> 3. Monitoring parts audits as per plan and ensuring NC's closure.<br> 4. Ensuring gauges & fixture validation as per drawing.<br> 5. Ensure quality of bought out parts at receipt stage as per drawing requirements.<br> 6. Drive detailed analysis for failed parts at assembly and provide feedback for parts improvement.<br> 7. Take up the issues with design team for resolution where parts are found as per specifications.<br> 8. Improving inspection methodologies including gauges/equipment identification & rediness to ensure speedy inspection.<br> 9.
