In this role, you will oversee a team of technology developers/engineers and collaborate closely with senior management, IT teams, and stakeholders to drive the creation and implementation of new technology initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying business needs, exploring emerging technologies, and leading the development of innovative solutions that enhance our operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and support our strategic objectives.Position: Area Head - New Information Technology DevelopmentJob Band/ Designation: B/ Dy. Lead the adoption and implementation of new age technologies across various departments. -

Develop strategies for integrating digital technologies like AI, AR/VR, Mobility, Web Apps and Industry 4.0 to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. -

Oversee the data analytics initiatives for taking informed business decisions and strategy. -

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology alignment with business goals. -

Manage the technology innovation portfolio, ensuring timely delivery of projects. -

Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and evaluate their applicability to our business. -

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the technology team. -

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in technology implementations. -

Lead, groom, and upskill team as per agreed plan. -
