Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MIS professional with experience in Advance Excel, Power BI, MS-SQL, and Zoho Analytics, to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights to drive business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of data analytics and visualization techniques.


Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish daily dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Zoho Analytics for management and stakeholders.

- Prepare various report related to Customer Service department viz. SL, SR Ratio, Repeats, FTR and In-process cases, Monthly Review Deck, Monthly KRA, Ad-hoc requirements.

- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of reports and data to relevant stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Data Engineering team to create new data pipelines and enhance or update existing ones for optimized reporting.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions to meet business needs.

- Present complex data insights in a clear, concise and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Identify opportunities for automation, streamline reporting processes, and optimize the generation and distribution of reports.


Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in MIS or similar role with strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization.

- Deep understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and proficiency in Advance Excel with Power Pivot, Power BI, MS-SQL/csv using data modelling and Zoho Analytics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
