In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending qualified candidates for various roles within the organization as well as for clients. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to fulfill talent needs while maintaining a positive candidate experience. This position is open in Gurgaon, West Delhi, and Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain a candidate database and keep records of all recruitment activities.Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation and orientation sessions for new hires.Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to optimize hiring strategies.Required Skills and Qualifications:Experience: 6 months to 3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.Education: Minimum qualification of BBA or equivalent.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact with candidates and stakeholders effectively.Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates at once, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable building relationships and working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure all candidate interactions are well-documented.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using MS Office and experience with recruitment tools or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.Why Join Us:Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment across multiple locations.Be part of a growing HR team with exposure to various aspects of recruitment and HR processes.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.
