Job Overview : The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and promoting the company’s interior design services. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and managing sales from prospecting to closing, ensuring excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation : Identify and target new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.

Sales & Relationships : Build strong client relationships, pitch services, and manage the sales cycle.

Market Research : Analyze trends and competition to guide growth strategies and enhance offerings.

Collaboration : Work with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Reporting : Track sales performance and meet/exceed set targets.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

2+ years of experience in business development, preferably in interior design or real estate.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
