We consider Shikha Academy a laboratory school, an attempt to learn from and experiment with the best school systems in the world to create a high quality educational model that can be scaled to serve the majority of students in our country.CANDIDATE PROFILEThe Copywriter will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and persuasive content across various platforms, including social media, websites, newsletters, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong command of language, an eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling. Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in education or related industries.Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creativity and a passion for crafting compelling narratives.Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing is a plus.PREFERRED SKILLSFamiliarity with SEO principles and best practices for digital content.Basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia tools.Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand new topics.Creative thinking and a strong sense of storytelling.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Knowledge of the education sector or previous experience in a related industry is a plus.Photography skills are a bonusKEY RESPONSIBILITIESWrite and develop content for digital and print platforms, including social media posts, website copy, emails, brochures, and newsletters.Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with the academy's brand voice.Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and error-free communication.Research industry trends to create relevant and engaging content.Adapt writing style to suit different audiences, including students, parents, educators, and partners.Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns and initiatives.Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and adheres to the school’s guidelines.
