JAVASCRIPT TEAM LEAD

Job Overview: We, at Entiovi, are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead with expertise in JavaScript, React/React Native, Node.js/Express.js, cloud technologies (AWS/Azure), and database management. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, drive software development initiatives, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance applications. Architect and develop robust solutions using JavaScript, React/React Native, Node.js/Express.js, TypeScript, and Expo. Manage cloud infrastructure and deployment processes on AWS/Azure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Oversee database management, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, to optimize performance and ensure data integrity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, project timelines, and deliverables. Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to foster skill development and growth. Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Requirement to work till 1:30 am IST (overlap with US shift)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript development. 4+ years of experience in React/React Native development, with a strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. 3+ years of experience in Node.js/Express.js development, with expertise in building RESTful APIs and microservices. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, SNS/SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.) or Azure. Proficiency in database management systems, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Familiarity with TypeScript and Expo for building cross-platform mobile applications is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
