Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote our brand, drive traffic, and convert visitors into customers. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.


Campaign Management:
Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and online advertising (PPC).


SEO/SEM :
Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic.


Social Media Management:
Oversee social media strategy, manage profiles across platforms (e.G., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), and create engaging content that drives user interaction.


Content Creation :
Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality digital content (blogs, videos, infographics) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.


Analytics and Reporting :
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), and provide actionable insights.


Lead Generation :
Develop and execute strategies to capture and nurture leads through various digital channels.


Email Marketing :
Manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve open and conversion rates.


Partnerships and Collaborations:
Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.


Market Research :
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.


Budget Management:
Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, optimizing for maximum ROI.


Qualifications :

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).


Experience :


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.

Experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and social media platforms.


Skills :

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, MailChimp).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.


Certifications :
Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.G., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.G., WordPress).
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with video production and marketing.
