Workday Integration Specialist, Finance

From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, financial management solutions that allow us to work effectively. As a Workday Consultant, you will act as an internal consultant providing best-practice technology solutions that are tailored to our unique business needs. This ideal candidate will be a Workday native with a deep understanding of the following modules of Workday: Financials, HCM Payroll, Integrations, and Security. This role has potential to expand into supporting other aspects within Workday. This is a great opportunity for someone with Workday experience to continuously improve our technology solutions and operations. This position will be fully remote, and the working hours will be 6:00 pm – 3:30 am IST (8:30 am - 6:00 pm ET). Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot system issues around integrations; Identify issues, conduct analyses, and form conclusions Maintain and monitor existing integration systems. Setup and deploy new integration systems- both Workday delivered and custom integrations Configure, test, and deploy Workday business processes Maintain security policies, roles and responsibilities Prepare ad-hoc queries using Workday reporting features Proactively maintain Workday data integrity through audits and queries Help establish and execute timely Workday data processing and processes Interface with IT to develop system solutions and requested enhancements Use strong analytical skills to interpret a wide variety of data from multiple sources Participate in system projects Administer security, reporting, business process, and strategic vision of the workday Platform Research and document policies and procedures in Workday Implementing of new features and testing of new releases Key player is developing and driving process improvement and automation initiatives Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of Workday experience Strong Knowledge of Workday Integrations and security Knowledge of Workday reporting a plus Strong knowledge of Workday module integration and downstream, cross-functional impacts. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including data analysis. Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration Demonstrated project management skills for medium-large sized projects and the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
