Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Digital Marketing:
    Develop, execute, and refine comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive student enrolment, increase brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Campaign Management:
    Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
    Track, analyse, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost of Acquisition (COA), and conversion rates. Provide regular and ad hoc reports to the marketing leadership team, highlighting campaign performance, trends, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Research & Audience Targeting:
    Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify and refine target audiences, optimizing marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  • Content Strategy:
    Collaborate with content creators to develop, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms, driving engagement and building brand awareness among potential students.
  • Integrated Campaigns:
    Work closely with the broader marketing team to plan, execute, and analyse integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Trend Monitoring:
    Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the application of best practices and innovation in campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation:
    Number and quality of leads generated per campaign, platform-wise.
  • Cost Efficiency:
    Achieving target CPL, COA, and ROAS for each campaign.
  • Conversion Rate:
    Percentage of leads converted into enrolled students on a month-on-month basis.
  • Brand Engagement:
    Social media engagement rates, including likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.
  • Campaign Performance:
    Overall campaign performance against predefined objectives, such as reaching enrolment targets, increasing brand awareness, and organic leads.
  • Reporting:
    Timeliness, accuracy, and insightfulness of campaign performance reports provided to the leadership team on a weekly/monthly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications (Must Have):

  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
    Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, performance marketing, and optimization techniques.
  • In-Platform Execution:
    Set up and manage campaigns directly within Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google AdWords, and YouTube platforms, ensuring optimal performance and budget utilization.
  • Campaign Management Tools:
    Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns using Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other data visualization tools to drive data-driven decision-making. Ability to generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Adaptability & Learning:
    A passion for continuous learning, with the ability to quickly adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Industry Passion:
    A genuine interest in fitness and a commitment to contributing positively to the education sector will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    3-4 years of experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or in the education or fitness industry.
  • Certifications:
    Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Tools:
    Familiarity with additional digital marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
