About our client and role: Our client is a digital marketing agency in Canada. They are looking for an incredible Paid ads+ Social media expert. You will play a crucial role in executing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing our social media presence, executing email marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing our website for search engines, and analyzing data to drive informed decisions. PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR ROLE SHIFT TIME: (9:30 PM-5:30 AM IST) Roles and Responsibilities: Paid Ads (Meta + + Google Ads) Specialist: Develop PPC campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, Google Ads. Monitor PPC campaigns regularly and optimize for performance and budget efficiency. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization for PPC campaigns. Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance. Email Marketing: Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns. Create compelling email content and newsletters. Segment email lists based on target audiences. Track and analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better results. Content Creation: Write and edit high-quality content for our blog, website, and social media. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and voice. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices. Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic traffic. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy. Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques. Required Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 2-3 years Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field Relevant experience of working on marketing projects with leading brands or in an agency Highly creative and logical while identifying target audiences Capable of ideating digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Eager to learn and willing to work in a high-pressure environment Good Communication Skills and proficiency in English We believe that diversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
