Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
Plan, create, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
Ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Content Creation and Management:
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, newsletters, and other digital assets.
Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
Social Media Management :
Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor social media trends and optimize content for better engagement and follower growth.
SEO and SEM:
Optimize the company’s website for search engines to improve organic traffic and ranking.
Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media advertising platforms to generate high-quality leads.
Email Marketing :
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and promote services.
Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics and implement improvements.
Analytics and Reporting :
Use analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization :
Implement lead generation strategies using landing pages, call-to-action buttons, and conversion tracking.
Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize conversion rates and return on investment (ROI).
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with the sales and admissions teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on campaign goals.
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers when needed.
Qualifications :
2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or consulting sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.G., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Facebook Ads Manager).
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms is a plus.
