Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various online channels. This is a remote position, but the candidate will work closely with our team based in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Campaigns:
    Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all digital platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • SEO/SEM Management:
    Optimize website content for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and analyze performance to improve ROI.
  • Social Media Strategy:
    Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead Generation:
    Design and execute strategies to drive lead generation and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Email Marketing:
    Develop and manage email campaigns to engage with the audience, promote products/services, and drive conversions.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with the sales, product, and design teams to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • SEO/SEM Expertise:
    Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and best practices.
  • Content Creation:
    Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in content creation and management.
  • Analytical Mindset:
    Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creativity:
