Generative AI Specialist – English Language Postgraduates/PhD's in English/History/Journalism/Linguistics/Political science / Economics/ Psychology/Sociology/Mass Communication/Computational Linguistics are welcomed. As a Generative AI Associate on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. We’re seeking self-motivated associates who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of innovation. Below are some responsibilities and tasks of our Generative AI Associate role: · Creating/copy editing training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence and/or voice · Annotating data to help AI models align with human values · Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions · Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets · Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes · Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities · Achieving target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows What we need you to bring: Bachelor’s degree or above or associates and 1 year of relevant industry experience or high school degree and 2 years of relevant industry experience Excellent writing skills (in English) Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics – knowing what "proper” Language rules are, as well as when to violate them to better test AI responses Ability to adopt different voices and points of view Creative thinking Strong attentive to detail Well-honed internet research skills Ability to embrace diverse teams Ability to navigates ambiguity with grace Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with the agility to adjust to evolving guidelines and requirements What we offer: Collaborative culture – and key tools enabling it Competitive compensation package Health, dental & vision benefits Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career development & progression opportunities Paid vacation & personal days as well as sick days NOTE: All interested candidates will need to go through Language proficiency assessment in English language.
