Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Growth Marketing to lead our customer acquisition strategies and accelerate growth for our B2B SaaS products. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who excels at performance marketing, demand generation, and optimizing the entire marketing funnel. The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing campaigns that drive high-quality leads, increase conversion rates, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth for Zenwork’s B2B SaaS products. Own the entire marketing funnel, from top-of-funnel lead generation to bottom-of-funnel conversion optimization. Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, email marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). Lead performance marketing initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment on target audiences, messaging, and go-to-market strategies. Utilize marketing automation tools to design and execute lead nurturing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversion. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify the most effective marketing tactics and strategies. Analyze and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize growth. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing, continually seeking new ways to drive results.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue. Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, content syndication, and email marketing. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing analytics. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and other targeted marketing strategies. Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and a strong focus on metrics and results. Knowledge of the regulatory compliance or tax reporting industry is a plus.
