Responsibilities:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
● Carrying out various research related activities like literature survey, Ideation, Design, experimentations and communication to white papers ● Doing Simulation works for the PowerTrain including motor and controller with vehicle dynamics for performance evaluation ● Finding out possibilities to improve the motor drive as a product further (this also provides an opportunity to work on some research projects) ● Assisting Systems Engineering team works like EV architecture layout, RCAs for ongoing issues, etc. ● Interacting with cross-functional teams and identifying requirements and converting them to design.
Skills and Experience:
● Strong and In-depth knowledge in Electric Motors and Power Electronics ● Experience with working on simulation environments like MATLAB Simulink, Simplorer, PSpice, etc ● Strong basics in Control Systems. Experience with implementation of Closed Loop control on power converters and motors. Knowledge of FOC and different motor control algorithms ● Hands-on experience in programming languages and code implementation on embedded boards is preferable.

Background:
