Position Summary:
The Dispatch Specialist (E-Commerce) will play a crucial role in ensuring that all orders are processed and shipped accurately and in a timely manner. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing shipping logistics, and maintaining high levels of customer service. Preference will be given to E-Commerce background Candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Order Processing
- Review and process incoming orders from website and market places and other custom Orders . Verify order details, including product availability, shipping addresses, and delivery instructions. Should be able to do
QC
(Quality Check). Dispatching and Packaging - Prepare orders for dispatch, including packaging and labelling. Inward and outward Operations
- Manage the receipt of Good, check deliveries against purchase order and organize Inventory storage. Coordinate dispatch process and timely delivery. Logistic Coordination - Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and freight partners. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery. Inventory Management - Work with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are accurately reflected in the system. Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery confirmations.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred. Proven 1+ experience in a dispatch or logistics role, within an E-Commerce environment. Experience in handling Ecommerce platform like Shiprocket etc Experience handling GRN Experience in Advance Excel- Excel Data Entry Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using dispatch and inventory management software. Immediate joiners are preferred
