If so, this is the opportunity for you! MONIN India currently has an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Executive. In this role you will be responsible for setting the E-Shop Business for Monin India and Streamlining the PO Fulfilment proces. From concept development to execution, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and enhancing our market presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace Operations:

• Oversee day to day Marketplace operations, PO fulfilment, Customer Service.
• Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• Maintain IN/Out Stock reports and records of PO and GRN.

Website Management:

• Maintain and update the ecommerce website and Set up the E-Shop operations for Monin India
• Ensure that the E-Shop Set up( Fulfilment, Payment gateway, Listing, Content) is streamlined with the Monin Brand Guidelines and optimized for SEO.
• Manage product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability.
• Manage the Website queries and ensure prompt response to customers.

Sales and Performance Monitoring:

• Track and analyse website traffic and sales data.
• Generate reports on key metrics like conversion rates, average order value, sales traffic, new customer acquisition.
• Inventory and Order Management:
  
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
• Manage order processing, from placement to delivery.
• Work with fulfilment team to ensure timely delivery and fulfil SLA on time.

Competition Analysis:

• Maintain Pricing tracker to have visibility on competitors.
• Regular monitoring of pricing, Cataloguing, advertisements, Keywords optimizations, product listing to stay ahead of competition and maintaining reports of all activities.

Claims & Finance process:

Ensure that all the claims are submitted on time and should coordinate with Finance team on timely settlement of Claims, Promos and Payment related reconciliation

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Proficient in Excel
• Familiarity with MIS reporting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must have Ecommerce Business understanding.
• Well versed with difference online marketplaces and E Shop
• Excellent creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
