Role Overview:

Looking for an Ecommerce Manager for a fashion industry based out of Gurugram. The company is looking for someone with a minimum Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field, having previously worked in a D2C clothing brand company and someone who has strong relationships with various Ecommerce Portals to help drive sales and maximize the brands' exposure on various platforms. The candidate will be instrumental in devising strategies for developing and encouraging sales and optimize digital solutions to meet the Company's goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the broad level P&L for the marketplaces for the brands of the Company.
  • Maintain the online listing for the brands across marketplaces and make updates as products are added, prices are changed etc.
  • Recommend pricing strategies & sales to minimize dead-stock.
  • Define, develop and constantly optimize digital solutions to meet the goals and KPIs by developing and A/B Testing campaign strategies, landing pages & pricing strategies
  • Develop strong relationships with various Ecommerce Portals representatives to help drive sales and maximize the brands' exposure on these platforms
  • Analyze performance across marketplaces and provide insights to the in-house teams for product development as well as MOQs & ROPs.
  • Work with the marketing design team to help develop best in class advertising creatives
  • Work with the marketing team to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Devise strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our online store.
  • Creating promotional offers/ campaigns to drive customer acquisition
  • Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelors' degree in Digital Marketing or related field.
  • Self-Driven Entrepreneur skills with Strategic and creative thinking abilities.
  • Should have worked in a D2C company having its products listed on marketplaces such as Amazon, Ajio, Myntra and others
  • Web Platform experience -Shopify store management and Magneto.
  • Scaled a fashion brand/s in India & globally as well.
  • Extensive experience as an e - commerce manager by leading different teams.
  • An analytical person with strong technical skills.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Analytics skills.
  • Business - Analytics, Hands on experience in Digital Marketing.
  • 7-10 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms.
  • 2 to 3 years of both direct and cross-functional people management experience.
  • Knowledge of implementing digital marketing concepts such as PPC, SEO, social media, display and affiliate channels.
  • Experience on Google Analytics, AdWords, MS Office, Social Media tools, SEO, CRO etc.
  • Ability to create strategies, make operational decisions and execute accordingly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage sales accounts in third party e-commerce partnerships.
  • Profound and all-rounded Digital Sales & Marketing knowledge.
  • Knowledgeable of e-commerce trends, competitive landscape and digital customer experience.
  • Connected in national agency / vendor landscape, experienced in working with media agencies.
  • Reporting on the Utility of existing & novel strategies.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong Marketing & Tech background, with experience managing marketing and tech teams.
