About the Role:
Assiduus Global is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical E commerce Specialist to join our team in Bangalore/ Nagpur. This role involves managing a group of brands and overseeing their daily operations, including listing new products, creating A+ content, managing the store, distributing products, and handling inventory. We are looking for someone passionate about the dynamic world of e-commerce, who wakes up every morning excited to manage multiple brands, and is eager to drive business impact through insightful analysis and effective operations management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Create and manage product listings on marketplaces.
● Review stock levels and sales data to maintain stable inventory and communicate with the supply chain.
● Follow set standards and systems for new product listings, A+ content creation, store management, distribution, and inventory management.
● Collaborate closely with different teams (product management, graphics, Ads) to provide updated content for e-commerce platforms.
● Provide support in areas such as AMS and Flipkart.
● Act as a subject expert for assigned product categories.
● Monitor changes in product sales using Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, VLookups, etc.) to stay organized.
Ideal Candidate:
● 1+ years of Experience in Advance Excel.
● Excellent Communication
● 1+ years of experience in daily operations like listing new products, creating A+ content, managing stores, distributing products, and handling inventory.
● Passionate about the e-commerce ecosystem.
● Willing to dive headfirst into ownership.
