Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and data-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM ads, social media, graphic designing, Video Editing and content strategy. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals. Forecast and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on digital campaigns. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Campaigns (SEM) Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and track performance metrics to enhance results. Content Marketing & Social Media Oversee the content marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and goals. Manage social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand awareness and engagement. Email, Whatsapp & CRM | Automation Marketing Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and build long-term relationships. Work closely with CRM tools to manage and segment customer data for targeted marketing efforts. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Provide regular insights on customer behaviour, website traffic, and marketing strategies.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and content strategy. Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the

fintech

or

supply chain finance

sector. Google Ads and Analytics certifications. Strong understanding of A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer segmentation.
