[Job Description / Key Responsibiltities]

  • Issuing permits and ensure proper closure for electrical work
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee site activities related to SITC from initiation to completion.
  • Supervise and conduct regular inspection and quality checks to ensure workman ship and compliance
  • Provide technical guidance to project teams, contractors and technicians.
  • Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and verify complinace with drawings and specficiations.
  • Man & Material planning, procurement, and inspection of goods.
  • Check measurements and bills to verify accuracy and alignment with project scope and contracts.
  • Assist in procurement & service, material codes, and inspection of goods on receipt in store.
  • Hands on experience with variety of electrial equipment and systems like HT & LT Equipments, Intelligent MCC, VFDs, FLP equipments, Motors etc.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for maitenance and safety procedures.
  • Circuit designs, ability to manipulate logic, perform modifications & safety interlocks.
  • Excellent leadrship, communication, motivational and problem solving skills.
  • Maintaining records:
    Work Order, Maintenance Report Log, History Card, Root Cause analysis, Down-time Critical equipment etc.
  • Identify and maintaining critical spare availability.
  • Improve safety environment in the plant analyzing risk factors.
  • Toolbox talk, Identify training needs and providing technical training to sub-ordinates.
  • Prepare audit related compliance documents.

[Competency & Experience]

  • Diploma 4 – 5 years experience /B.E(Electrical) with minimum 2 – 3 years of experience
  • Experience in Chemical / Pharma chemical industry.
  • Electrical Supervisor Certificate of Competency.
  • Proven track record in Electrical Project Execution and Maintenance.
  • Location:
    Vapi, Suitable candidate must be residing within 30 Kms
  • Budget Salary range:
    3.5-6 Lakhs based on experience and knowledge
