Job Overview: We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-fidelity, clickable prototypes rapidly using Figma. This role involves leading a rapid ideation process, conducting user research, building user flows, creating compelling sales and marketing collateral, and ensuring a seamless handoff to engineering. Experience with Tailwind design in Figma is essential. Key Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Lead the rapid ideation process for designing product screens, collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. Design and deliver high-fidelity, clickable prototypes using Figma and Tailwind CSS framework, developing UI mockups that clearly illustrate screen functions and appearance. Conduct user research and meet with customers to understand their needs and pain points, building out user flows and ensuring a seamless user experience. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness), conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback, and adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and images. Enable a seamless handoff to engineering by preparing and organizing design assets in Figma, training engineering teams on best practices for inspecting design specs, assets, and CSS properties, and providing ongoing support during the implementation phase. Sales & Marketing Collateral Design: Design and develop visually appealing and on-brand sales and marketing materials, collaborating with the marketing team to create brochures, presentations, and digital content. Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms, managing multiple design projects with varying deadlines and priorities. Requirements: Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. Portfolio of design projects, including high-fidelity prototypes created in Figma. Experience with Tailwind CSS design in Figma. Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite). Experience in creating sales and marketing collateral. Excellent communication skills and ability to present and defend design decisions. Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and technologies. Problem-solving skills and a creative approach to new ideas. Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards. Experience in conducting user research and building user flows. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working in a tech or SaaS company. Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
