Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Employee Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and elevating the employee experience for multiple Uniify clients. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, implementing effective strategies, and delivering solutions that enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple Uniify clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication. Develop a deep understanding of each client's organizational culture, goals, and employee experience challenges.

Employee Experience Strategy: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized employee experience strategies. Conduct assessments and analyses to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancing employee engagement.

Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of employee experience initiatives, including workshops, training programs, and surveys. Work closely with clients to ensure successful rollout and adoption of new programs and practices.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and feedback from client organizations to measure the effectiveness of employee experience initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Relationship Building: Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Act as a consultant and advisor, offering expert guidance on best practices for employee engagement and organizational development.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, highlighting progress, outcomes, and next steps. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in employee experience, HR, or organizational development roles. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering impactful solutions. Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from employee feedback. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
