Employee Engagement:

Feedback Management:

Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and understand the needs and concerns of the team members.


Compliance:

Ensure all talent management practices are in compliance with labor laws and company policies.


HR Metrics:

Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management, focusing on employee engagement and retention rates.


Benefits Administration:

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, leave management, and other perks, ensuring they are competitive and contribute to employee retention.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in human resources, MSW, or a related field.
  • Min 6 years of experience in talent management / employee engagement role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
