Job role & Responsibilities: Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and keep abreast of recent amendments. Prepare and file returns under various labor laws. Conduct regular labor law audits across branches to ensure ongoing compliance. Respond to notices from government authorities, apply for necessary licenses, and maintain updated records.

Employee Relations: Investigate employee complaints and violations of company policies or processes. Initiate appropriate disciplinary actions, including issuing show cause notices, warning letters, and other necessary documentation. Conduct inquiries as per legal procedures and prepare comprehensive inquiry reports.

Government and Regulatory Liaison: Maintain harmonious relations with government authorities such as the Provident Fund (P.F.) office and other relevant entities. Visit government offices as needed to address compliance-related matters and ensure smooth interactions.

Payroll and Compliance Support: Prepare and verify payroll inputs, ensuring alignment with labor law requirements and internal policies. Support the payroll team in managing employee records and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Relationship Management Maintain positive and productive relationships with government authorities, ensuring smooth operations and compliance Act as liaison between company and external agencies, representing the company in legal and compliance matters

Qualification: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. Advanced certifications in labor law or employee relations are desirable.
