The Role Are you a recent university graduate looking to pursue a career in AI QA? We have a full-time opportunity for an entry-level AI QA to join our QA team. Based offshore, you will report to the AI Data and QA Manager (Sydney based) and work towards providing support to the Software and AI team to ensure product releases go live without minimal defects. Key Responsibilities Conduct ongoing testing of all current and future releases. Conduct ongoing QA of all current and future releases by collaborating with AI and data engineers. Conduct and organise a range of test runs from user acceptance tests to Beta & A/B testing. Conduct and organise manual AI QA based on user acceptance criteria. Maintain and assist in creating thorough test documentation for current and future releases. Maintain and assist in creating QA relevant documentation for current and future AI releases. Label content such as text, audio, images, and video so it can be recognised by our software. Participate in video observation as required to enhance the understanding of the workflow and relevant data collection. Follow the instructions for different tasks and adhere to processes. Raise questions with AI Data and QA Manager as needed and report routine work. Support the AI Data & QA manager with any ad hoc requests. Support the end-to-end test process (online reviewing or downloading videos). Support the end-to-end AI QA process (online reviewing or downloading videos) Experience and Competencies Recently completed or soon to complete tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or related field. A major in accounting and or Information Systems Management is desirable. Some work experience (paid or unpaid) is advantageous, but not essential (on-the-job training will be provided) Enthusiastic, high willingness to learn and flexible. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) A high degree of attention to detail. Sound ability to understand and follow instructions and learn the required processes. A strong and collaborative team player. A strong fit with Lumachain’s culture.
