SUMMARY: The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in managing the branch's operations, driving growth and ensuring that it operates within the boundaries of legal and ethical standards along with having a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions to achieve the branch's goals.PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESRecruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team MembersEnsuring smooth operations and achieving the revenue & profitability targets of the BranchEnsure individual and team performance as per normsEnsure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelinesClient acquisition from own network/ open market along with margin collection as expectedGenerate revenue through Broking & Non Broking Products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds etc. & focus product if any)Promote Focus Product of the monthMaintain & service the existing clienteleEXPERIENCE REQUIRED (6-10 years minimum)Candidate should have overall experience of around 6-15 years in the desired role with team management experience of min 5yearsQualification RequiredGraduate or Post GraduateOther Details/ Mandatory CertificationTeam managing/handling in the current experience is a mustLocation: Warangal,TelanganaTeam Handling/ Playing CaptainYesPlease note we do not accept relocation and not relevant profiles for this role...
