  • Conference booking and organising meetings and conference.
  • Attending to visitors Preparing reports and minutes Office management Coordinate the day to day activities of subordinates, etc.
  • Manage general departmental administrative activities.
  • Handle phone calls and convey important messages on time, every time.
  • Maintain confidentiality with crucial data of the organization.
  • SKILLS Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
  • Professional in appearance and manner;
    Good oral and written communication;
    Organized;
    Good external customer services
