Program: STEPS Talent Seeker Training Program Start Date: October 1st Program Head & Trainer: Sunny Patel, Founder of STEPS Talent About Us - STEPS Talent - Recruiting Reimagined Position: Sourcing Specialist (IT & ERP Talent Seeker) Location: 100% Remote - US Central/Pacific Time Zoer Hours (India night shift) Reports to: Delivery Lead Salary: ₹4,00,000 per annum (4 LPA) + Commission + Bonus + Paid Leave & Holidays Experience Required: 6-18 months of sourcing experience in the staffing or IT/ERP recruitment services industry. Note: Candidates with more than 2 years of total work experience will not be considered. Job Summary: As a STEPS Sourcing Specialist, also known as a "Talent Seeker," you will be a part of our first-ever STEPS Talent Seeker Training Program. This position is designed for individuals with some initial experience in recruitment and a strong interest in advancing their skills in talent acquisition. You will be personally trained by Sunny for the first 3 months in a structured recruiting program. You will receive precise search strings from the Delivery Lead, and your primary responsibility will be to hunt for these precise matches, ensuring perfect alignment between candidates and client needs using the recruitment tools & platforms provided. Position Profile: We are seeking 3 motivated and detail-oriented Sourcers to join our inaugural STEPS Talent Seeker Training Program. The ideal candidates will have a sharp eye for identifying technical talent and a relentless drive to build strong candidate pipelines. As key members of our team, you will play a critical role in our recruitment process by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates while upholding the company's core values of quality, integrity, innovation, and grit. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software is a plus. Basic understanding of technical roles and the skills required for those positions. Willingness to work US hours (CST work-shift). Key Responsibilities: Source candidates through various channels, including , job boards, and social media. Screen resumes to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. Hunt for precise matches based on search strings provided by the Delivery Lead to ensure precision in candidate-client alignment.
