Role Description This is a full-time Executive Personal Assistant role located in New Delhi. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing calendar, communication, and clerical tasks on-site. The ideal candidate is a hard-working person who can dedicate herself/himself to the job, whenever needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in executive support roles Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office suite and scheduling software Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English Bachelor's degree (minimum) Key Responsibilities: Manage executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements Handle confidential information and emails with discretion Prepare reports and correspondence Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communication Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
