Roles & Responsibilities:
- 1 to 3 years of Tech and Non-Tech hiring experience preferably in B2C Technology startups & B2B Enterprises
- Own the complete lifecycle for the assigned Tech & Non-Tech requirements which includes working closely with all stakeholders, attracting top talent & salary negotiations
- Ensure a robust pipeline of candidates for key positions
- Update TA dashboards for all key metrics and share with relevant stakeholders
- Build strong partnerships with the HR team and other recruiters in the TA team
- Optimize hiring costs & build a talent heat map for critical hiring requirements
Key Qualification:
- Candidates should be currently in Bangalore as we have all 5 days work from office.
- 1 to 3 years of Tech hiring experience preferably in B2C Technology startups & B2B Enterprises
- The candidate should have very good experience in Hiring Tech roles & Non-Tech hiring
- Successful track record of fast-paced high-quality hiring
- Strong capability in managing multiple stakeholders
- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process
- A good grasp of sourcing from different platforms
