The ideal candidate will be skilled in storytelling, creating engaging conversations, and delivering content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our content and marketing teams to curate, research, and host episodes that captivate listeners while promoting Sharkify Technology’s vision and expertise.Key Responsibilities:Host and lead the production of podcast episodes, engaging audiences with relevant, informative, and entertaining content.Conduct thorough research and preparation on trending topics related to technology, insurance, loans, and business innovation.Interview guests, including industry experts, internal leaders, and influential voices, to bring value to listeners.Invite and engage guests from your own network, connections, and industry circles to feature on the podcast.Collaborate with content teams to develop scripts, episode outlines, and post-episode summaries.Manage on-air presentation, ensuring audio clarity, quality, and professionalism.Promote podcasts across digital and social media platforms to grow the channel’s audience.Maintain audience engagement through social interactions and feedback loops.Assist in post-production, offering input on editing for clarity and listener experience.Qualifications:Proven experience as a podcast host, radio host, or similar role in media production.Excellent verbal communication, interviewing, and presentation skills.Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for a general audience.Ability to engage and connect with diverse guest personalities.A strong network of contacts and connections within relevant industries.Basic knowledge of podcast recording equipment and software is a plus (e.G., Audacity, Adobe Audition).Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.Enthusiasm for the technology, insurance, and finance sectors is preferred.Compensation:Competitive salary based on experience.Flexible engagement models (full-time, part-time, or freelance).Performance-based incentives.Benefits:Be the voice of a cutting-edge podcast series with Kaizer Media Works.Opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.Creative freedom to shape content and drive engagement.
