Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at MADRAS ENGINEERING WORKS in Umargam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations Proficiency in Quality Control and Operations Management Demonstrated skills in overseeing and managing production processes Knowledge of industry best practices and standards Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
