Specializing in welded & seamless fittings like elbows, tees, stub ends, reducers, flanges, and more, we offer a wide range from 1/2"NB to 42"NB & SCH 5s to SCH XXS. Dealing in grades such as SS304/304L, SS316/316L, SS310, SS904L, Titanium, Nickel, Monel, Duplex, Inconel, and Hastalloy, we also customize products based on drawings and customer requirements.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager at MADRAS ENGINEERING WORKS in Umargam. The Factory Manager will be responsible for production planning, quality control, production management, operations management, and overseeing manufacturing operations on a day-to-day basis.
- Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Operations Management
- Demonstrated skills in overseeing and managing production processes
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
