Role Description This is a full-time on-site on-field role at LAFAYRE | Natural Luxury, a brand by Awburn Innovations. They will be responsible for soliciting, building client relations, promoting sales, training salon staff on products, building business relationships with owners of salon management, holding customer interaction and sales events, customer service, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis. Fieldwork and Touring are part of the Job for this Role. They must have experience and a ready network of Clients viz. Salons/Aesthetic clinics/ derma clinics, Distributors/Dealers and service distribution channels for the Assigned territory. They must be experienced and well-versed in basic skincare, haircare & wellness. They must have experience in product launches & product promotion in the market with a timeline to drive sales. They must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time. They should be experienced in promoting products in salons, shops and retail counters. Strong communication & end user/customer handling experience required. Providing expert advice & consultation of recommended products and treatments for the end user's/customer's concerns will be part of the job for this role.

Required Area Sales Officers/Sales Officers to market Natural, clean beauty, Herbal, Beauty Personal care, hair care, skincare. OTC pharma products/Health care products, Ayurveda products.

The Candidate should have the following

essential qualities.

Candidate must have experience in Cosmetics and salon networking, FMCG, Pharma or the Beauty Industry. He /she should be well aware of channel sales discipline network like, Distributors, Dealers, Retailers etc. He/she must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products.

Should have Experience in: Direct End Customer Product Selling & Handling Customer Acquisition, Business Development & Lead Generation Distributor Acquisition Salon Business Acquisition Salon Training of Products Dermatologist Business Acquisition

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum Experience - 2 years (Freshers may also apply) Client Relations, Business Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills Sales and Communication skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus Disciple to follow the company's policies.
