The Field Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating field service activities including customer needs analysis, site surveys, soution deployment, acceptance and delivering exceptional customer services and operations ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.Experience and Qualifications- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration or related field- Demonstrable five years experience in Field Service and Customer Support for a technology company with ready customer references- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills- Self motivated and high energy individual who delivers results by diligent, conscientious and hard workEmployment benefits- Full time employee - Simultaneous experience of Education, Capacity Development and IT industry- Will learn cutting edge AI and IT SkillsDocuments required:- Attested copy of Degree/ Diploma- Health Record- Names and mobile number of past company senior managers for reference checks - updated single page CV with relevant experience
