Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager at Feedsco Global in Ahmedabad/Bhopal. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial activities, conducting financial analysis, preparing reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to support strategic financial decisions and contribute to the company's financial growth and sustainability.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.


Budget Management:
Oversee the preparation and management of budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.


Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


Cost Control:
Monitor and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources. Identify areas for cost reduction and implement cost-saving measures.


Cash Flow Management:
Manage cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations. Optimize working capital and manage debt.


Taxation:
Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, including GST, income tax, and other applicable taxes. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time. Liaise with tax authorities and manage tax audits.


Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal audits.


Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.


Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives and provide financial insights. Communicate financial performance to stakeholders.


Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional qualification such as CA, CMA is preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
