We are a premier provider of commercial order-to-cash management solutions, expanding through strategic acquisitions of similar companies. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Accounting to support the US controllership team. Position Overview:

The Senior Manager, Accounting, will play a critical role in supporting the Divisional Controller by managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, compliance with all applicable regulations, and the development and management of accounting personnel. The Senior Manager will oversee key functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash management. Primary Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and development to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies. Oversee daily operations of accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and cash management functions. Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and manage the professional development of team members. Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure the accurate and timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, adhering to deadlines. Prepare financial documentation and schedules related to corporate audits, including the annual review, 401(k) Plan Audit, and State Collection Agency audits. Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and all relevant federal, state, and local regulations. Process Improvement and Internal Controls: Continuously review and enhance accounting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Establish, monitor, and enforce robust internal controls to protect company assets. Maintain and update process documentation for all key tasks within the accounting department. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the Divisional Controller and Director of FP&A on key financial tasks and projects. Assist in the preparation and review of the corporate budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with Human Resources to compute and submit monthly bonus and sales commission reports for payroll processing. Secondary Responsibilities: Manage the completion of all Federal and State reporting requirements, including income, property, sales & use, and other taxes. Participate in special projects as required, providing financial expertise and support to other departments. Ensure the maintenance of confidentiality in all financial matters. Qualifications: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Skills and Competencies: Strong proficiency in Netsuite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Advanced mathematical skills and the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
