Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive - Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, experience in performing complex reconciliations, and proficiency in Excel. A keen willingness to learn and grow within the role is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Perform complex bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reconciliation tasks. Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management. Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets. Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline processes. Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations. Seek opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement. Participate in training programs and workshops.

Desired Skill/Experience:

Proven experience of atleast 3 years in accounting and financial reconciliation. Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Accounting/ CA (Inter equivalent) Experience with accounting software and ERP systems. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
