Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: -Prepare and review accurate and timely standalone and consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. -Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other relevant accounting standards. -Develop and implement financial reporting processes and controls to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Analysis and Interpretation: -Analyze financial performance and variances, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. -Prepare detailed financial analyses and reports to support strategic decision-making. Compliance and Internal Controls: -Ensure all financial reports adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements. -Oversee the implementation and maintenance of internal controls related to financial reporting. Financial month Close Process: -Manage the financial month close process, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded and reported accurately and timely. -Coordinate with other departments to ensure all financial data is complete and accurate. Audit Coordination: -Assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits. -Address audit inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any issues identified during audits. Team Leadership: -Supervise and mentor the team, providing guidance and support as needed. -Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Continuous Improvement: -Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting. -Stay current with changes in accounting regulations and standards to ensure compliance.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g. CA) is preferred. Strong experience and knowledge of budgeting and forecasting Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting or a related field, with demonstrated experience in managing financial reporting processes. Strong knowledge of IGAAP and other relevant accounting standards. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to various stakeholders.
