Job Summary We are seeking a versatile and experienced Recruiting Lead to join our team. This role involves stepping in to assist with recruiting efforts as needed, coaching and mentoring recruiters, and ensuring the quality of candidates presented to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, with experience managing recruiters or leading a recruiting team. This position focuses on non-IT recruitment, supporting small to medium-sized accounts across the nation in industries such as construction, finance, and engineering. Responsibilities Assist with recruiting efforts when necessary, including calling, scanning resumes, pre-screening candidates, and ensuring their suitability for client requirements. Coach and mentor recruiters on the team, providing guidance on best practices and helping them achieve their recruiting goals. Support non-IT recruitment across a broad range of industries, including construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, finance, and more. Manage small to medium-sized account support, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and successful candidate placements. Step in as the client-facing representative when the Account Manager is out of the office, maintaining strong relationships with clients. Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting team Must Haves Strong background in agency recruiting, with experience managing recruiters or leading a recruiting team. Experience in non-IT recruitment, particularly in industries such as construction, engineering, finance, and other functional roles. Ability to effectively coach and mentor recruiters, helping them improve their skills and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates alike. Experience supporting small to medium-sized accounts across the nation. Ability to step into client-facing roles as needed, ensuring continuity in client relationships. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage various recruitment activities simultaneously.
