First Line Support Engineer


We are seeking a dedicated First Line Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site position at our office in Jammu. This role involves working night shifts and is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment. Qualifications


  • Technical Skills:
    Strong abilities in troubleshooting and providing technical support for various hardware and software issues.
  • Customer Support Experience:
    Proven experience in customer support and customer service roles, demonstrating the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Operating Systems Knowledge:
    Solid understanding of different operating systems and their maintenance.
  • Communication Skills:
