Purpose of the Job The primary objective is to work closely with the customer service team, customers, and the logistics department to ensure effective and efficient fleet management within the region. Additionally, actively participate in global fleet management coordination and cooperation initiatives to improve fleet utilization, operational safety, and cost-effectiveness.

About the job (Job Responsibilities) Manage the lifecycle of fleet including fleet clean, test, repair, maintain and scrap and update status/tank certificate into SAP. Make annual fleet budget, monitor the expense, and do periodical analysis. Follow up on the cylinder service agreements (CSA) violations - for all countries within the region and monthly review CSA execution with AM. Balance outgoing fleet orders with corresponding return orders and instruct the customer service Hub to correct or agree. Manage fleet status (status of return) at customer and coordinate return issue with AM or satellite CS (local language coverage), coordinate with CS to update/complete return order with date / rate (“DAP” destination harbor). Monitor overdue fleet at customer and prepare overdue report and review with AM monthly. Create SAP order for empty tank transfer between warehouse, site and customer’s transfilling station. Communicate with Nouryon logistics Hub Team on fleet status; coordinate with logistics Hub team to make sure all return empty fleets are cleared customs and return to sites on time in compliance. Investigate and solve issues along the global fleet return. Coordinate the fleet availability and stock capacity with fleet planning; work with regional fleet planner to balance fleet availability within region. Be involved in investigation on CRM Cases on Fleet issues.

We believe you bring (Education & Experience) Bachelor’s degree, engineering, or supply chain planning background. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Returnable packaging knowledge a plus; know how to handle DG cargo transportation. A good knowledge of the chemical industry conditions would be a strong advantage. Strong detail orientation and analytical skills to create data bases and to analyze various internal data systems. Good written and verbal communication skills to interact globally and at various organizational levels. Computer proficiency to include Microsoft office products in addition; SAP/BW is desired. Ability to work in an international cross-cultural environment.
