Designation - Food and Beverage Supervisor CTC - 4- 4.5 LPA Location - Udupi , Bangalore. Roles & Responsibilities - Coordination with internal and external teams for food supplies. Resolving food tickets raised by customers. Customer calling to increase food subscription. Coordinating with Vendor for improved food quality and quantity. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations. Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives. Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales. Maintain safe working conditions. Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Liasioning with FSSAI department for applying/renewing food license of existing and new properties. Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary. Qualifications - Proven experience in F&B management or a related field. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in F&B management software and MS Office Suite.
