Roles and Responsibilities -
- Coordination with internal and external teams for food supplies
- Resolving food tickets raised by customers
- Customer calling to increase food subscription
- Coordinating with Vendor for improved food quality and quantity
- Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
- Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
- Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
- Maintain safe working conditions
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors
- Audit inventory levels to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary.
Qualifications -
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Industry.
- Relevant 2-3 years of experience in food and beverage service .
