This opportunity is for FnB Supervisor for Pune location. Its for a very well known chain of restaurants which have multiple pubs and restaurants under their umbrella. We are one of the best known spots for night life and mixology in Pune. We have two restaurants located in Koregaon Park Pune for which we are wanting to hire. Our APC for the restaurant is 2-2.5k The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in pubs and bars and have good FnB knowledge and has excellent English communication.


Job and Responsibilities :


1.Supervise Daily Operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.

2.Customer Service:
Ensure exceptional guest service by addressing customer feedback and complaints promptly and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

3.Staff Management:
Assist in hiring, training, and supervising food and beverage staff;
schedule shifts and ensure efficient staff deployment.

4.Quality Control:
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards to maintain consistency and compliance with health and safety regulations.

5.Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels, assist with stock control, and ensure proper storage and rotation of products.

6.Financial Management:
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and sales forecasting;
ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily reconciliations.

7.Promotions and Events:
Coordinate with the management team to execute promotions, special events, and functions to increase sales.

8.Reporting and Feedback:
Prepare reports on staff performance, customer feedback, and operational issues;
provide regular feedback to the Food and Beverage Manager.


Qualifications :


1.Education:
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

2.Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.

3.Customer Service Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

4.Leadership Abilities:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

5.Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations:
Familiarity with restaurant and bar operations, including service standards, health, and safety regulations.

6.Financial Acumen:
Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.

7.Problem-Solving Skills:
Effective in resolving customer complaints and handling operational issues.
