Founder's Office - New Business Initiatives (Upto 15L CTC, 1-3 yrs exp)

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Founder's Office position at Swish Club located in Bengaluru. The role involves working directly with Founders on new business initiatives, project management of P0 and P1 priorities, including but not limited to research, analysis, finding and speaking to potential partners, building MVP versions, running experiments, assisting the founder in various activities, and contributing to the growth and development of the startup.

Qualifications Strong execution capabilities with a strong "make it happen" attitude Ability to deconstruct and construct new paradigms in a logical way No opinions without data or objective logic High Ownership and Accountability Strong EQ and IQ with ability to multi task Adept in building collaterals, decks with great written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently High intent to pick up and learn something quickly with guidance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Canva, IIT, IIM, SRCC, LSR and other Tier-1s strongly preferred
